Great Expectations at the Pepys Resource Centre

Today the BBC were filming scenes for a new version of Great Expectations on the south bank of the River Thames on Deptford Strand. Ray Winstone, who plays Magwitch, and Douglas Booth (Pip) spent the morning on the river bank just outside the centre and we supplied teas and coffees for the crew. The series is due to be broadcast at Christmas 2011.

Pepys Resource Centre Closed Tuesday 9th August 2011

Due to the disturbances in South London, the Pepys Resource Centre will not be open on Tuesday 9th August.
